The plaintiffs and defendants in this action recently agreed upon a Litigation Plan, which sets out a schedule for the production of documents and the examinations for discovery of both sides. To date, several examinations for discovery have been conducted and more are scheduled for the coming month. All examinations for discovery are scheduled to be completed by April 13, 2014.
In the meantime, lawyers at Rochon Genova are working to put together the plaintiffs’ Affidavits of Documents and deliver them to the defendants.
