Rochon Genova was founded in 1999 by Joel Rochon and Vincent Genova.
As Managing Partner and head of the firm’s class action group, Joel Rochon has helped shape the firm’s work in class proceedings and complex litigation. His practice reflects a longstanding commitment to advancing access to justice for individuals who have suffered harm.
Vincent Genova brings decades of litigation experience to the firm, including work in serious personal injury and aviation law. His background as a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation, former Deputy Judge, and adjunct professor reflects the practical courtroom and procedural experience that informs the firm’s approach. Together, their leadership helped establish a firm focused on careful preparation, strategic advocacy, and matters that require both legal skill and a clear understanding of what is at stake.
