Overview

Jessica Marshall is an associate at Rochon Genova. Prior to being called to the bar in 2024, she summered and articled at the firm, where she developed experience in a broad range of class action matters. Her work has included pharmaceutical and product liability, institutional abuse, securities misrepresentation, consumer protection, and privacy cases before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal for Ontario.

Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. During law school, she actively pursued opportunities to strengthen her advocacy skills, participating in and judging multiple moots and negotiation competitions. She also served as a Division Leader at the Community & Legal Aid Services Program, where she worked closely with clients and represented them before the Landlord and Tenant Board and the Social Benefits Tribunal.

In addition, Jessica was the course coordinator for Osgoode’s Trial Advocacy course, reflecting her strong interest in litigation and oral advocacy. Before attending law school, she earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Queen’s University.
