Overview
Sakie Tambakos attended Osgoode Hall Law School and articled with Rochon Genova in 2002 after working as a legal research student during law school. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2003.
Since joining Rochon Genova, Sakie has played a pivotal role in several of the firm’s class actions, including product liability (pharmaceutical, medical device), securities, aviation, and consumer class actions. He also practiced personal injury for several years, among other practice areas.
Sakie has appeared as counsel at all levels of Ontario courts as well as an appearance at the Supreme Court of Canada.
Sakie is a proud father of twins, enjoys travel, reading (historical fiction) and is an avid sports fan.
