Rochon Genova is seeking to hire 1 or 2 articling students for 2026-2027.

Our firm is a progressive litigation boutique in downtown Toronto specializing in class actions, complex litigation and personal injury litigation. Our lawyers regularly appear before trial and appellate courts in Ontario and other provinces and have appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada on groundbreaking cases.

Our articling program will provide students with exposure to every aspect of litigation. Students will work alongside lawyers and will assist in the preparation of court documents, conduct research and attend motions, mediations, discoveries, trials and appeals.

The successful candidate will be an effective team player with a demonstrated interest in advocacy and litigation, a commitment to teamwork, a strong academic record and excellent research and writing skills.
