Update – March 26, 2025

Discontinuance of Personal Injury and Property Damage Action – The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has approved the discontinuance of this Action. The discontinuance took effect on March 10, 2025. This means that personal injury and property damage claims will not be pursued through this Action.

The limitation periods for Class Member, which have been suspended since the issuance of the Statement of Claim in this Action on April 19, 2010, are no longer suspended and will continue to run as of March 10, 2025.
