
Jessica Marshall
Associate
Biography
Jessica Marshall is an associate at Rochon Genova. Prior to being called to the bar in 2024, she summered and articled at Rochon Genova. She has acted on a variety of class action cases involving pharmaceutical and product liability, institutional abuse, securities misrepresentations, consumer protection and privacy before the Superior Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal.
Jessica holds a Juris Doctor (JD) from Osgoode Hall Law School. During her time at Osgoode, she sought out opportunities to hone her advocacy skills. Jessica participated in and judged multiple moots and negotiation competitions. She was a Division Leader at the Community & Legal Aid Services Program where she worked closely with clients to represent them before the Landlord and Tenant Board and Social Benefits Tribunal. Jessica also served as the course coordinator for Osgoode’s Trial Advocacy course.
Prior to attending law school, Jessica obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queen’s University.
