Biography
Trina De Sa is an associate in the personal injury and aviation groups at Rochon Genova.
Before joining the firm, Trina practiced for a number of years with a prominent personal injury firm in Toronto, with experience in both plaintiff and defence personal injury as well as aviation law, long term disability, casualty insurance, insurance subrogation disputes and bankruptcy and insolvency.
Trina holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Queens University and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Toronto. She was called to the bar in 2002.
Trina has appeared in the Superior Courts of Justice, the Licence Appeal Tribunal, the Social Security Tribunal of Canada and the Consent and Capacity Board.
