Overview

Sarah Fiddes is an associate at Rochon Genova. She summered at the firm before being called to the bar in 2022 and has since developed a practice focused on a broad range of class action matters.

Since joining the firm, Sarah has assisted on a wide variety of cases, including securities misrepresentation, medical device product liability, and institutional abuse actions. Her experience reflects Rochon Genova’s commitment to advancing complex litigation on behalf of plaintiffs in significant and impactful matters.

Sarah earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School. While in law school, she served as a Division Leader with the Community & Legal Aid Services Program (CLASP), where she represented clients before the Social Benefits Tribunal, the Landlord Tenant Board, and the Human Rights Tribunal.

She was also actively involved in community service, volunteering with organizations including the Landlord Tenant Board Duty Counsel program and the Neighbourhood Action for Youth Employment Committee. Before law school, Sarah obtained a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, where she majored in International Development.
