Rochon Genova acts on behalf of a passenger who was on board Turkish Airlines Flight No. TK0017 on February 21, 2021. A large heavy piece of baggage suddenly fell from the aircraft’s overpacked overhead storage compartment, striking the passenger on the head and neck.
