Rochon Genova acts on behalf of a passenger who was on board WestJet Flight No. 585 on March 6, 2019. The passenger was severely burned and scarred on his face, chest and arm by hot coffee and steam which spewed out of a carafe that was being handled by a flight attendant near his face and body.
